Leadership

Troy Davis

Executive Director

Troy brings more than a decade of experience as a sales and marketing executive, having served both private and publicly held companies. He is a strategic leader and critical thinker who values meaningful connection, authentic fellowship, and the opportunity to serve others. He is especially passionate about elevating communication, helping individuals and organizations communicate in ways that are effective, polished, and genuine.

A devoted husband and father, Troy has been married to his wife, Crystal, for over 30 years and is the proud father of two accomplished adult children. Troy’s faith journey began in childhood while attending church with his parents. As a young adult, he made a personal commitment to follow Jesus Christ. Over the years, he has served in children’s ministry, participated in and led multiple life groups, and remains actively involved in men’s ministry. He values the growth, accountability, and camaraderie that comes from engaging with a strong community of men committed to personal and spiritual development.

A lifelong creative with a practical mindset, Troy thrives in what he describes as “controlled chaos,” often managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. He is a published author and enjoys golfing, riding motorcycles, and most importantly, spending quality time with his family.
